•A copy of a current agreement and a copy

of the current insurance must be on file

with MHS Corporate Legal Department

prior to operations. It is the sole

responsibility of the helicopter service to

keep this information updated

•The Helipad is located at

    N 32* 45’ 37.73” & W 096* 49’ 27.84”

 

•All Air Medical Programs must meet the following criteria prior to operating at MHS

 

–A current, written agreement with MHS that is updated yearly. This agreement includes liability insurance of $50 million with MHS named as an additional insured

 

•Heliport lighting is either manual with a

switch located in the entrance way to the

heliport, or pilot controlled on

of the helipads

 

•When inbound to Methodist Hospital
